The 13 Die Aluminum Breakdown Machine is used to drawing Φ9mm Al bar to 1.8mm~4.5mm Al wire. and take up by T/U machine with dual bobbins.

Type:straight line type wire drawing,dual-motor drive,change die fast,die seat arrangement is upper treading type.

AC motor drive,save 20% electricity compared with DC motor,save much operation cost annually.

Cooling way: Haft immerse

Drawing machine bottom is drawing liquid trough,drawing oil are through valve to trough,and if there is drawing liquid in interlayer,also inflow to the trough.

It has two level out of gear structure.when drawing wire diameter bigger than 2.2,make 11 die, 12 die cone pulley disconnect and not rotate.When drawing wire diameter bigger than 2.8m, make

die,10die,11die,12die cone pulley disconnect and not rotate. This can reduce gear wear and can save energy.

Most gear and beariong can be taken out from top of gearboix,which is convenient for assembly and disassembly.

Main machine Adopts dual layers stainless steel door cover,electrical lifting, Excellent sealing and no leakage.

Wire drawing capstan uses medium carbon steel surface spray tungsten carbide,hardness is higher.

Capstan uses design to prevent scratch.

Wire distributing place is installed with speed testing meter counter encoder,no slipping,precision is high.

Carbon brush capstan uses air-cooling.
