Working principle of seam screen:

Slit vibrator is composed of a set of cylindrical shaker with straight equipment. There is a bias block or a bias wheel at both ends of the cylindrical shaker. When the motor drives the bias wheel to rotate, centrifugal force occurs and is transmitted to the equipment on the main shaft in the cylinder, so that the main shaft moves in a circle around the center line fixed on it. Thus, the two supporting rings fixed at both ends of the spindle roll along the axis direction.
Because the two supporting rings are located in opposite directions of the roll and parallel to each other, a gap is formed between them parallel to the horizontal plane. When the material enters from the feed end, it falls into the lower discharge port through the gap, and the other part of the material is discharged from the discharge port and discharged out of the machine through the discharge tank.
The working principle of the seam screen: when the motor drives the biased wheel clockwise rotation by the coupling, the centrifugal force drives the equipment at both ends of the vibrator to the opposite direction along the axis of the support ring light, at the same time installed in the rotor above the two isolation tautts also follow the rotation of the rotor and contraction deformation, So the whole rotor is moving back and forth along a sinusoidal track at a certain point of view to the horizontal plane.

Use:

Johnson wire wrap screen is manufactured with V-shaped profile wire which is spirally wound around a cage of longitudinal support rods. Each intersecting point of these wires is fusion welded. The pitch of winding gives different spacing between two adjacent turns of wire. This spacing gives passage for water to enter. The entire process is completed on fully computerized machines.
