Water Screen Nozzle Ss Wedge Wire Screen Nozzle Sand Screen Nozzle Stainer

Standard nozzles are 50 mm diameter and can be attached to the plate either with threaded end fittings or with “L” bolts. Slot openings are typaclly 0.20 mm wide and are of the unique plug-resistant Johnson Vee-Wire design, allowing particles to make only two-point contact with the edges of the wire.

In other designs such as wire mesh, particles can readily become entrapped in the mesh causing plugging and creating a continuing maintenance problem. Johnson screen nozzles are most commonly made with 304L or 316L stainless steel, but a special spherical nozzle of ABS or Kynar plastic is also available. Other custom nozzles can be designed to suit special process and installation requirements

Type 316L stainless steel construction.

Continuous slot design provides increased open area for better collection.
Standard slot opening is 0.2mm/0.5mm, suitable for 0.5 -3 tonns. Other slot sizes are also available.
Wedge wire screen is highly resistant to plugging.
Choice of either ¾" NPT or 1" NPT fittings are available from stock. Other styles, such as tee-bolt mountings, and drop tubes are readily available.
Less expensive than other screen of equal efficiency.
