Pet film DTF roll is also known as color inkjet film, digital printing film, etc. The water-based color ink and white ink are directly printed on the printing film by the printer to form various beautiful color patterns, sprinkled with hot melt adhesive powder, shaken, dried, and then transferred to the ironing board.
DTF roll refers to a roll of DTF film that is used for the printing process. The film is typically made of a thin, transparent material that can hold the printed design. DTF rolls come in various widths and lengths to accommodate different printing needs.

Cautions
1. Tear-off method: cool tear or hot tear.
2. The printing film is a soft product. A slight stickiness on the surface is normal, and the surfaces should be prevented from sticking to each other.
3. Reasonably control the temperature and pressing time. If the temperature is too high or the time is too long, it will easily cause discoloration or decrease in elasticity

Pet Film DTF Roll Application 

When using DTF technology, the design is printed onto the DTF film using a specialized printer and ink. After the printing is complete, the film is placed on the fabric with the design facing down. Heat and pressure are applied to transfer the ink from the film onto the fabric, resulting in a vibrant and durable print.
