Description of stainless steel crimped wire mesh
Crimp wire mesh made of carbon wire, galvanized wire, stainless
steel wire or copper wire. All wires are first crimped through the
mold and then woven together. Various materials, wire diameters and
weave patterns make this wire mesh product available in many
industries.
Material: carbon iron, galvanized steel, stainless steel, copper
Weaving method: double crimping, single intermediate crimping,
double intermediate crimping and locking crimping.
Plain Crimp is a simple zigzag crimping method in which the warp
and fill lines intersect at each available pocket. For pre-crimped
materials, normal crimping is the most common when the mesh to
diameter (MD) ratio is 4:1 or less. This unprocessed appearance
produces a smooth, subtle pattern.
