Technical Description:
Plain weave is a commonly used weaving method. The warp, the length
of the wire mesh and the weft are determined, parallel to the
width, intersecting each other, alternating one at the top and
below, forming a 90° angle with each other.
The solid woven wire mesh can have a square or rectangular opening.
Plain weave mesh clothing is a basic component of filters, food
colanders, chemicals, shielding, mosquito nets and other
production.
Special steel: Cromax, Incoloy, alloy nickel-chromium alloy,
inconel, Nikkor, Monel, titanium alloy, duplex steel.
Braided wire mesh can also be supplied with carbon steel, low
carbon steel, galvanized steel, brass, bronze, copper, aluminum
alloy, and the like.
Feature of stainless steel mesh
Stainless steel is resistant to high temperatures, acids, corrosion
and abrasion. Because of these characteristics, stainless steel
mesh is widely used in mining, chemical, food, petroleum,
pharmaceutical, etc., mainly used for gas, liquid filter and other
media separation.
For the oxidizing acid, it was found in the experiment that the 304
stainless steel wire mesh has strong corrosion resistance in the
nitric acid below the boiling temperature of ≤ 65%. It also has
good corrosion resistance to alkaline solutions and most organic
and inorganic acids.
Uses: for sieving and filtration under acid and alkali conditions
