Metal stamping includes a variety of sheet-metal forming manufacturing processes, such
as punching using a machine press or stamping press, blanking, embossing, bending, flan
ging, and coining. This could be a single stage operation where every stroke of the press pro
duce the desired form on the sheet metal part, or could occur through a series of stages.

METS Precision-Tool uses a variety of 2D and 3D cad/cam Software to develop, design, and plan the layout of our dies. (see below for the full software list & details). We have the resources to build a die for any application. When high volumes of production are expected, we can build a dependable tool with longevity in mind. We can also produce low-cost tools for prototyping and sampling applications.
