Product Descriptions
1. Durable high carbon 8 gauge tempered no sag loop spring,
designed for seating in furniture upholstery, automotive, or other
applications.
2. No sag means the steel, a sinuous s cruve shape, has been shaped
(tempered) in a way that when weight is applied it pushes back to
allow for a more comfortable softer feel.
3. Commercial durability at an affordable cost. WHY replace your
furniture when you can repair it at a fraction of the cost? We use
these same springs in all of our commercial and custom furniture.
4. Quick installation the springs and clips come in common lengths
ready to use, not in a coil that you have to cut and bend, please
be advised there are additional tools required to attach the
springs to your furniture frame, S Clips are recommended to be
attached using 16 gauge, 1.25” long staple, or comparable nail.

Application
Sinuous springs, also known as zig zag springs, are found in most
modern furniture. They are available in gauges from 8 - 13. They
come on a continuos roll and are cut to specific lengths. 7-8 gauge
is used for seats and 10-12 gauge is used for backs.

each size is 4000PCS,for our standard size,we ask for the MOQ of
each size is 2500PCS.If you have your own printing design on the
packing bag,there will be MOQ of bag requested,but it can be
negotiated.
