Description:
Flooring Radiant Panel tester (ISO 9239, Flooring Radiant Panel Tester) is a test method that formally reflect spread of flame on flooring material back- draft condition when fie on building happened in compartment or room adjacent, or high temperature gas radiated to flooring surface a hot radiation heat accumulated at upper of midway during a fire at an early growing step.

Structure:


1. The structure of the machine consists of two parts: a combustion chamber and a control chamber.

2. Combustion chamber size: about L1420*W1200*H2300 (mm).

3. Control chamber/combustion chamber material: high-quality 304 # stainless steel plate, CNC machine processing.

4. Blowtorch: Fully meet the requirements of GB/T 11785.

5. Other mechanical parts are made of 304 stainless steel or 45# steel, anti-corrosion and anti-rust.


Features:


1. The resulting test chamber is insulated with calcium silicate insulation board and is provided with a temperature-resistant observation window.

2. The stainless steel sample support assembly is mounted on a sliding platform to allow safe and easy loading of the test sample.

3. The radiant heat is applied by means of a gas-fuelled panel, inclined at 30º, and directed at a horizontally mounted floor covering system specimen.

4. The radiant panel generates a radiant energy flux distribution ranging from a nominal maximum of 10.9 kW/m2 to a minimum of 1.1 kW/m2.

5. Dummy calibration specimen with holder, calibrated heat flux meter, and mounting.

6. The distance burned until flame-out is reached and converted, by calibration, into an equivalent critical radiant flux, in kW/m2.

7. Heat Flux Meter: Range 0 ~ 50 kW/m2; Surface emissivity: ε=0.95± 0.05.

8. A smoke measuring system, according to DIN 50055, is mounted on a separate frame at the exhaust stack.

9. Control Rack for convenience in use, allowing observation of the apparatus and controls during equipment set-up and calibration.

10. It has the function of automatic ignition of the radiant panel and a safety cut-out.

The flooring radiant heat flux test device is for paving materials which are placed horizontally and exposed to a slanted heat radiation field with a small flame; various flooring materials such as: textile rugs, cork boards, wood boards, rubber sheets And plastic floor and floor spray materials.
