Application

The upper and lower two knives are a group to form a cutting unit. They are groups A, B, C and C. The whole cutting process is divided into three stages. The blades in group A cut 40% of the circuit board, and then the BLADES in group B run over the groove cut by the blades in group A again to complete 40% of the cutting quantity. Finally, the blades in group C cut the last 20% and polished the circuit board. Therefore, the stress generated in the cutting process is reduced by more than 80% compared with the traditional cutting way, and the edge of the circuit board is smooth and smooth, and the board is very flat and not twisted.
