Introduction:

This machine is a way of testing the sensitivity of the ignition that the dust cloud is in the heated environment. When a lot of dust is exposed in heating the air and the air temperature is high enough, it may lead to spontaneous combustion. This method can test the minimum ignition temperature of combustible dust cloud.

Technical parameters:

1. The Test is carried on the in Godbert-Greenwald furnace.
2. The heating furnace is consisting of the vertical quartz tubes. The hole is at the bottom of the tube.
3. Furnace operating temperature range: room temperature ~ 800 ºC
4.The operating temperature can rise to 1000 ºC to clean the test chamber.
5. Temperature accuracy: ± 1% (higher than 500 ºC), ± 3% (lower than 300 ºC).
6. The pressure of the dispersion air chamber: 0 ~ 1 bar
7. The pressure accuracy of the air storage device: ± 5%
8. Size: 500X300X450 mm.
9. Power: 230v / 50Hz or 110v / 60Hz.

Safe use of dust explosion detector
1. Before cleaning the unit, unplug the power plug of the unit. Do not use liquid or spray cleaner, and use a wet cloth to clean the unit.
2. Follow the warning and instructions on the airframe.
3. Do not use the machine near water, such as near bathtub, washbasin, kitchen sink, etc.
4. Place the unit firmly in a stable place. If the unit falls, it may cause serious damage and/or personal injury.
5. Do not block the cracks and openings on the machine. They are used for ventilation to prevent overheating of the machine.
6. For safety, the machine is equipped with an earthing plug. If you do not have such a plug, please install one.
7. The machine can only use the power supply marked on the machine. If you do not know your power supply type, please consult the dealer or local power supply bureau.
8. Do not press anything on the power cord. Place the unit where the power cord will not be trampled or tripped.
9. Do not overload power outlets and extension cords, which may cause fire or electric shock.
10. Do not put anything into the machine from the gap of the shell, otherwise it may lead to fire or electric shock, do not throw any liquid on the machine.
11. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble the unit. Opening or removing the cover may expose you to dangerous voltages or other hazards. Improper reassembly may result in electric shock in later use.

12. Unplug the unit from the power socket when the following conditions occur.
1) If any liquid is spilled into the machine.
2) When the power cable is damaged or worn.
3) If the unit has been subjected to rain or water.
4) If the machine falls or the fuselage is damaged.
5) If the machine cannot work normally when operating according to the operation manual, only the control part included in the operation manual can be adjusted. Incorrect adjustment will expand the fault of the instrument.
6) If the machine has significant performance changes.
