Application

The upper and lower two knives are a group to form a cutting unit. They are groups A, B, C and C. The whole cutting process is divided into three stages. The blades in group A cut 40% of the circuit board, and then the BLADES in group B run over the groove cut by the blades in group A again to complete 40% of the cutting quantity. Finally, the blades in group C cut the last 20% and polished the circuit board. Therefore, the stress generated in the cutting process is reduced by more than 80% compared with the traditional cutting way, and the edge of the circuit board is smooth and smooth, and the board is very flat and not twisted. It is the only machine on the market that can guarantee the aluminum plate does not deform after cutting
