High Temperature Oxygen Index Tester For Fabric,ASTM D2863 Oxygen Index Test Apparatus
Application:
Limited Oxygen Index with Smoke Density Tester is designed according to ISO4589.1-2006, it applies to analysis the minimum oxygen concentration needed to maintain combustion of the sample when the sample is under the test conditions specified in oxygen and nitrogen mixed gas; This tester is installed with domestic oxygen sensor, and automatic control the oxygen and nitrogen flow. It is very easily and quickly to operate; It is used for evaluating homogeneity of solid materials, laminates, foam, film and thin film in the specified conditions of flammability.
Features:
1. Adopts England original Servomex Paramagnetic type oxygen
sensor, which accuracy can be up to +/-0.1%; 2. The sensor is better than traditional electrochemical sensor, because it don't need to change oxygen battery, so, it has long lift time more accurate and faster response time. 3. Equipped with 2pcs Mass Flow Controller(MFC) to control N2 and O2 mixing ratio; 4. Equipped with high temperature quartz glass tank; 5. Equipped with supported and unsupported sample clamps; 6. Equipped with portable ignition device, gas tank connector, accurate pin valve to adjust the flame; 7. Digital setting N2 and O2 concentration; 8. Computer+LABVIEW software to control N2 and O2 mixing ratio, read O2 concentration in mixing chamber, and store&print out test results; 9. Reserve a calibration port to calibrate the sensor; 10. Stainless steel air channel design, equipped with one way fire-resistance valve, magnetic valve, fine filter, so, it is stable and safe; 11. Patented design gas mixing chamber, which ensure the gases can mix the gases in short time, data is more accurate;
