UL1581 Wire and Cable Flame Test Chamber is used to test the flame retardant performance of insulation layer under abnormal conditions such as overheat and overcurrent.This sect will be manufactured strictly according to UL1581 sect 1080.1~1080.14 , which fully meets the VW-1 Flame Test standard and is applicable to FT-1 and FT-2 of UL1581.The equipment has beautiful appearance, reasonable internal structure, simple and fast operation, accurate test. It is widely used by wire and cable manufacturers, colleges ,universities and commodity inspection departments.

The equipment is composed of test part and control part and adopts integrated design, which is convenient for field installation and commissioning.The control system is highly automated and has the function of automatic ignition.Real-time display of temperature and time, convenient observation and recording, stable and reliable use.

The back of the chamber body is equipped with a strong exhaust air exhaust system. After the test is completed, it is opened at the same time with air supply system to discharge waste gas to outside in time. The front of the chamber body is equipped with sealed toughened glass window and operation window, which is convenient for the observation of test process and operation of experimenter.
