Lithium-ion battery stack washing up tester, battery lavation tester is suitable for the following batteries or battery packs

Test Method:
1.Solution: Preparing solution with PH at 11.0±0.1(Naoh solution available mass fraction at 0.004%) and heat solution at (45±2)ºC.

2. Soaking: Fix the sample on the rotating device, and then place the sample in the solution (the center of the battery is 300mm + 10mm) to soak 0.5H. The temperature of the solution keeping at (45 + 2) ºC during the test.

3. Stiring: Fix the sample on the rotary device and rotat 0.5H in the solution, rotating speed at 60r/min.

4. Dewatering:Remove the solution, rotate 10 min, and rotating speed is 800r/min.

5. Drying: Put the samples in a high temperature box to heat 0.5H, and the heating temperature was (45 + 2) ºC.

6. If the sample can continue to charge and discharge, then follow the prescribed charge and discharge method to do a cycle of discharge charging and end the test. If the sample can not continue to charge and discharge, the test will be finished. During the test, the sample should not fire and explode.
