Introduction of Motorized Transfer Trolley

Car Frame

The frame of the motorized transfer trolley is fabricated with solid box girder structure which has the advantages of heavy carrying capacity and making the table bear equivalent force. For the convenience of shipping, lifting holes are set at both sides.

Drive Motor

The no rail series motorized transfer trolley adopts DC motor without brush. It has the advantages of large start torque, no sparks, no need to replace brush, compact structure, strong overload ability and long service time.

Gear Reducer

The reducer of the motorized steel coils transfer trolley is applied specially for cranes. It is harden surface gear speed reducer with high efficiency of mechanical transmission, smooth operation and low noise.

Polyurethane Wheels

We adopt solid rubber-coated wheels, steel wheels inside and outside is polyurethane rubber wheel which has no damage to the workshop floor.
