Ingress Protection Dustproof Environmental Test Chamber

Sand Dust Test Chamber is applied to all mechanic, electric, electronic, electric chemical and mechanical and electric equipments. Mainly used to evaluate whether equipment can resistivity and storage, running or not in air of dry sand or dust. Sand Dust test chamber provides testing per various standards, like IEC 60529 IP5X & IP6X, JIS, ISO, MIL standards. Combination of various testing cycles are available in a completely mono block construction. All settings can be done in an ergonomically designed control panel with accurate and uniform dust agitation.

1. Housing structure: mainly by studio, frame, carton, the door of the oven and heat insulation filling materials, heating system, control circuit system, control execution system, auxiliary components composition (vacuum pump, etc.),
2. Studio material: mirror SUS304 stainless steel;
3. Carton material: surface atomization SUS304 stainless steel;
4. The door of the oven: 800x800x800 mm, toughened glass Mosaic central as observation window
5. The body heat insulation filling material: polystyrene foam forming;
6. Control circuit system mainly used material: schneider communication relay, chengtai leakage air switch, JinLongYu electric wire electric cable;
To control execution system: adopting imported touch programming liquid crystal display controller 
7. Heating system: U type electric heat pipe, stainless steel material, power: 2 kw;
8. Vacuum executive SAP thing: vacuum pump gas flow: 0 ~ 6 l/min, 0 ~ 2 kpa; Vacuum gauge, air filter, centrifugal blower, etc.; Vibration device: eccentric wheel motor;
9. Test lead hole: a diameter of 50 mm, inside and outside the airtight cover;
10. Safety device: leakage power-off protection, overload fuse protection, fan overheating protection;

11. Work indoor power socket: one, the dust can be divided into socket.
