Equipment arriving at the buyer, the technical services personnel
at the scene debugging, maintenance, equipment commissioning,
commissioning, operation and maintenance instruction, responsible
for technical training for equipment operation and maintenance
personnel of the buyer. Used in users abide by the rules, under
normal operating equipment, since 12 months from the date of the
arrival of the equipment, such as positively impact on the quality
to use, parts damage lead to equipment can't normal work, factory
will give the repair or replacement free of charge.
Our Service
1) Packing: Sea worthy packing, the mechanical parts are in nude
pack, and the electrical arts and the spare parts are simply
packed.
2) Quality Assurance: the Seller manufactures the equipment
according to the relevant standards strictly and tests the
equipment according to the technical documents.
3) Installation: three engineers will be dispatched to Buyer
factory for installation and test running. The buyer should charge
of return ticket, food and accommodation abroad and pay
USD60/person/day for salary.
4) Warranty: we guarantee one year’s warranty after test running.
(The matters caused by Buyer’s fault and the lack of Buyer’s
maintenance shall not be covered). And we offer lifelong technical
service and fast-response technical support to Buyer.
