General Introduction
 

This production line is used for producing High Frequency Induction Welded (HFW) carbon steel tubes. The process involved is cold forming of carbon steel strip in circular shape, longitudinal welding, and sizing, converting into specified shape and cutting to pre-determined length.

HG60 high frequency straight welded pipe production line is used to manufacture welded steel pipe of Φ21.3mm-Φ33.7mm with 1.0mm-3.25mm of wall thickness, can produce same size profiled pipe.After we absorbed advanced pipe making technology from both abroad and domestic, our innovative designed production line and single unit of the production line is not only economical but also practical.
 

Product Process:

material(steel coil)→uncoiler→shear and welder→horizontal(or cage) accumulator→forming mill→

HF soild welder→sizing mill→rounghly straightening(turkey head)→cut off machine→run out table

Cold Sawing Cutting

Digitally cold cutting machine is composed of mechnical parts, electronic parts and hydraulic parts. Three shafts are tracking shaft, cutting feeding shaft, saw blades rotating shaft, this three shafts are controlled by its special motion controller, servo motor driving operatiing, and the parameters are entered through LCD touch screen, also working condition can be visible checked from touch screen. The saw blades of cold saw using the high speed steel, and the cold saw can run synchronous while the pipe mill line producing; the CNC system of the cold saw can ensure the cutting speed and position accuracy, the cutting head(with saw blade) feeding and rotating speed can be adjusted by CNC program according to the technological requirements.
