High frequency high precision full automatic ERW Pipe mill line machine

This line is used to manufacture welded steel pipe of Φ32mm-Φ140mm with 1.0mm-5.0mm of wall thickness, can produce Square pipe 25*25 - 110*110mm.

After we absorbed advanced pipe making technology from both abroad and domestic, our innovative designed production line and each single unit of the production line is not only economical but also practical.

General Introduction

This production line is used for producing High Frequency Induction Welded (HFW) carbon steel tubes. The process involved is cold forming of carbon steel strip in circular shape, longitudinal welding, and sizing, converting into specified shape and cutting to pre-determined length.

The electrical system use Siemens PLC automatic control system, Eurotherm DC speed control system, digital display system etc., owing the special advantages of easy for operating, imply maintenance and high reliability.

The complete line is divided in three sections:

2. Forming, Welding, Cooling and Sizing Section

3. Cutting and Delivery Section

Brief introduction of ERW tube mill & pipe mill

• The ERW tube mill & pipe mill is a series of machines that builds longitudinal weld seam tubes and pipes with steel strips of certain width.
• It starts by uncoil and flatten the slitted steel coils into steel strips.
• The flattened steel strips will then be inserted into the forming machine and the roller tolling in the machine will roll the strip to round pipe shape.
• The rolled strips will then be sent into the weld box where the tube is welded by a high frequency solid state welder.
• The welded tubes will be formed to expected shape or size in a sizing machine. Finally the tubes will be cut to length and bundled.

6. Level up shaft increase nylon damping block, reduce the impact to the shaft and bearing.

Scroll up → Uncoil → Flattening → End Shear & Butt Welding → Accumulator → Forming → High-frequency induction welding→ Removing external burr → Cooling → Sizing → Cutting → Checking & Collecting → Accessing Warehouse
