High frequency high precision full automatic ERW Pipe mill line

This line is used to manufacture welded steel pipe of Φ32mm-Φ140mm
with 1.0mm-5.0mm of wall thickness, can produce Square pipe 25*25 -
110*110mm.
After we absorbed advanced pipe making technology from both abroad
and domestic, our innovative designed production line and each
single unit of the production line is not only economical but also
practical.
Brief introduction of ERW tube mill & pipe mill - The ERW tube mill & pipe mill is a series of machines that
builds longitudinal weld seam tubes and pipes with steel strips of
certain width.
- It starts by uncoil and flatten the slitted steel coils into steel
strips.
- The flattened steel strips will then be inserted into the forming
machine and the roller tolling in the machine will roll the strip
to round pipe shape.
- The rolled strips will then be sent into the weld box where the
tube is welded by a high frequency solid state welder.
- The welded tubes will be formed to expected shape or size in a
sizing machine. Finally the tubes will be cut to length and
bundled.

the steel circle ±20 ° rotation.
- Round become square is Turkish head push square, can reduce mold
weight, forming stable, uniform R Angle.
- Level up shaft increase nylon damping block, reduce the impact to
the shaft and bearing.
Production Process
Scroll up → Uncoil → Flattening → End Shear & Butt Welding →
Accumulator → Forming → High-frequency induction welding→ Removing
external burr → Cooling → Sizing → Cutting → Checking &
Collecting → Accessing Warehouse

Scope of Supply:
1) Machine installation & test running for Buyer.
2) Sufficiently train operation method to Buyer's operators.
3) Reference document (in English): foundation drawing (including
the arrangement of water, electricity and air etc.), circuit
diagram and operation instruction, etc
4) Additional Rollers for welded pipe will be ordered and designed
according to type and specification provided by Buyer.

Sale conditions
1) Packing: Sea worthy packing, the mechanical parts are in nude
pack, and the electrical arts and the spare parts are simply
packed.
2) Quality Assurance: the Seller manufactures the equipment
according to the relevant standards strictly and tests the
equipment according to the technical documents.
3) Installation: three engineers will be dispatched to Buyer
factory for installation and test running. The buyer should charge
of return ticket, food and accommodation abroad and pay
USD60/person/day for salary.
4) Warranty: we guarantee one year’s warranty after test running.
(The matters caused by Buyer’s fault and the lack of Buyer’s
maintenance shall not be covered). And we offer lifelong technical
service and fast-response technical support to Buyer.
Scope of work excluded (Buyer scope)
1) Foundation construction and electric appliance work, civil
engineering and necessary materials.
2) Machine to machine wire, mechanical pipe, water pipe;
3) Lubricating oil, cycle oil, gear box oil, cooling circulating
water
4) D .Safety appliance, out of standard security items
5) Test run material, magnetic rod, bearing etc. low value
consumables.
6) The buyer is responsible for power supply, water supply and gas
supply to the equipment interface connector. Air compressor (1.5
cubic meters/minutes)

your workers how to operate this machine in correct way.
2.) Warranty Team
One year quality guarantee, life guarantee repair. Within quality
guarantee period, except for failures caused by human error, repair
parts will be provided for free. After the quality guarantee
period, only charge the cost of the spare parts.
3.) We supply the pre-sell and after-sell service.
pre-sell service: workshop design, and production output design
after-sell service: installation and training, and the skilled
engineer for working.
4.) We can also sent the engineer working for you serval months or
1 year. The engineer will help you to improve the output, reduce
the waste and decrease the cost.
5.) We supply the pre-sell service-Design for whole project for
stainless steel pipe making/ carbon steel pipe making.
