This line is used to manufacture welded steel pipe of Φ273mm-Φ630mm with 6.0mm-20mm of wall thickness, can produce Square pipe 200*200 - 500*500mm. After we absorbed advanced pipe making technology from both abroad and domestic, our innovative designed production line and each single unit of the production line is not only economical but also practical.
Production Process
Scroll up → Uncoil → Flattening → End Shear & Butt Welding → Accumulator → Forming → High-frequency induction welding→ Removing external burr → Cooling → Sizing → Cutting → Checking & Collecting → Accessing Warehouse
