Specifications:

(1) Material:

We mainly use 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin, also, to meet different demands, say to let the product looks shiny or blinking, 0.47mm is better, less thickness but same quality which is also popular in American and Australian markets.

Also, we use PLATO PVC tarpaulin material for our products only, which now is the TOP1 PVC tarpaulin supplier in China.

(2) Sewing:

Double stitching for every sewing part, quadruple for reinforcement parts.

(3) Draw String (used to connect two piece of meterial to form a wall or air chamber).

We use PVC tarpaulin draw string, while you may find oxford one which is lighter, cheaper, less durable, if you need one just for several times or residential, it's capable enough, if you need it for commercial, you need a PVC tarpaulin one.

(4) D-ring set:

Quadtruple layers PVC tarpaulin base with 316 stainless steel D rings together consisits our anchoring system.
