Galvanized Steel Self Sealing Pins With Cup Head Base For HVAC Insulation

Introduction Of Self Sealing Pins:

HUIHAO Self Sealing Pins is a mild steel fabricated part made up of a weld pin and a stacked on speed clip, or retaining washer. The head diameter is 1-3/16″.

This product is generally applied with a capacitor discharge (CD) welder. The normal/standard material is galvanized steel (both head and plate).

  • Name:Self Sealing Pins , also named cup head weld pins 
  • Material: Galvanized steel in normal /standard both for the pins and plates .
  • Head : 30 mm(1 3/16'') Beveled edge washer
  • Head Base: 0.4-0.5mm
  • Pin Diameter: 12Ga(2.7mm) in common , also could be 14Ga,11Ga,10 Ga, etc
