which has high tensile strength and outstanding wear resistance. The steel core wires are welded into square or rectangular

meshes. It has smooth surface and self-cleaning performance, so that it can avoid pegging or blinding.

Installation Instructions of steel core ployurethane screen

Transverse or longitudinal tensioning, always with the use of hooks. The separator must be equipped with beams with an elevation

of approx 20 mm per metre of the width of the separator, equipped with protecting PU bars. The tension moment in relation to the

thickness of the PU wire ranges from 20 – 35 Nm; the screen will be extended by approx 0.5 %
