2) Recoverable defensive barriers

The recoverable range of defensive barrier has been developed in direct response to two important factors: the military’s increased commitment to environmental responsibility, and the rising costs of recovery of material after the end of the mission.

Deploy
Recoverable barriers are deployed in exactly the same way as standard defensive barriers. All previous sizes are available in the range.

Recover
Once the mission is over, it’s simple to recover the cages for disposal. The removal of one pin opens the cell and allows the fill material to flow freely from the cell. The cages can be recovered fully intact and can be flat packed for transportation to a disposal site.

The recoverable range provides the same high-specification welded mesh and geotextile as standard defensive barriers, but now all models feature a new design to provide the ultimate in engineered force protection.
