4.5" Reverse Circulation Hammer Bit With Carbide Buttons For Water Well Drilling
Product Introduce: The Reverse Circulation drilling (RC drilling) method involves air being forced down between the inner and outer pipes of a dual wall drill pipe with the cuttings being forced up through the centre of the drill rods. This is the opposite of conventional DTH hammer drilling which instead sends the air flush through the centre of the drill string, with the cuttings being forced up the hole outside the hammer and drill rods. The benefits of reverse circulation drilling are well documented. Samples are protected from cross-contamination since they are pulled up in sequence as the reverse circulation drill bit cuts new rock. Reverse circulation drilling consumes less water than other drilling techniques, such as diamond drilling. Technical Parameters RC bits Model SRC542

Adavantages: 1.Based on previous experience of ordinary hammers, combined with
the features of reverse circulation hammer, optimized internal
structure and ideal energy transfer, thus ensuring the series of
hammers drilling with fast, smooth and continuous sampling. 2.The internal structure is very simple with components of high
rigidity, thus ensuring long life and easy maintenance of the
hammer. 3. The collection tube adopts an integrative design and can be
replaced without disassembling the hammer. With carburizing
treatment, it has good abrasive resistance. 4. Equipped with bits designed. Simply by replacing the drill bit,
the same hammer can drill holes of different sizes ensuring that
the sample is not contaminated. 5. In different conditions such as loose soil, hard rock and plenty
of water exists, sampling can be done well. Working principle The on-board compressor delivers power to a pneumatic reciprocating
piston. The piston, in turn, drives a tungsten-steel drill bit
which is purpose designed to be able to crush hard rock. Similar to air core drilling, drill cuttings are returned to
surface inside rods. We achieve this through the use of dual wall
drill rods: an outer drill rod with an inner tube. When compressed
air is blown through the rod, the volume displaces the air, lifting
the samples to the surface. Once cuttings reach a diverter at the top of the hole, they’re
moved through a hose and around the cyclone, which slows the sample
down. From the cyclone the sample goes over a splitter that
delivers a percentage of the entire sample into a sample bag. The
exploration drilling team then collect the samples aligned to the
hole depth and lay them out for the client to log, and then
transport to the lab for assay. Detailed Photo: About us: SOLLROC Reverse Circulation drilling (RC) ,from size 3’’ to 5.5’’, is a technique of drilling that uses dual wall drill rods that consist of an outer drill rod with an inner tube. By using compressed air to extract rock fragments sample, the samples travel through rods to a sample splitter at surface, avoiding all contact between the samples and the borehole wall that allows samples to be retrieved with minimal contamination, which is mainly used in deep hole exploration and mining grade control.
Delivery Way: By Air, By express or By Sea
