Description:
This attachment provides a firm anchor for the suspension system
wire to locate onto the ceiling. In the standard configuration, the
attachment barrel is screwed onto the ceiling, and the suspension
wire is threaded through the collar-locking nut, with the nipple at
the end of the suspension wire locating into the collar, which is
then screwed into the barrel.
Application:
On a drywall or wood ceiling, simply use an anchor (drywall) or
screw to install part one of the connector. Then put the Lock cable through the
second part of the connector. The "stop" on the connector will stop the
wire from falling out.
Screw this second part of the connector to the first part already
installed in the ceiling.
Now you are ready to install the slider to the wire and hang your
light fixtures.
