Our factory fouses on the strict production procedure:

 

• Material choosen by high quality supplier
• Technicans Department design the PCB curcuit board according to customers'need. Can customize different country language, such as Italy, Spanish, Greek, Russia, Portugua, Romania, Brazil, etc.
• Then we will use the real PCB board according to the technical drawings.
• Use machine to put led on the board with tightness.
• We will test each led chip in order to make sure its qualtiy before assembly
• The power inside the PCB sheet will be installed
• We will conbine cross shape sheet
• Then the cross will be sent to waterproof test laboratory
• After waterproof test, we will put them in the temperature cabinet to test
• The crosses will be test by connecting the power.
