Products Description
Metal bar grating can be defined as a series of metal bars positioned vertically, placed an equal distance apart and joined by cross members to form a rectangular or reticuline pattern. Typically manufactured from mild carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steels, bar gratings are also available in specialty metal alloys to suit nearly any application.
According to different processing, steel grating has two types:
Pressure Welding Pressure Locked
Flat bar surface shape: Plain flat bar, serrated, I-shaped flat bar, I-shape serrated.
Flat bar specification:
1> Plain flat bar:
Thickness: 3mm, 5mm.
Height: 25mm, 30mm, 32mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm, 60mm, etc.
2> I-shaped flat bar:
Thickness of both ends: 5mm.
Thickness of the center: 3mm.
Height: 25mm, 32mm, 38mm, 44mm, 50mm, etc.
Flat bar spacing: 30mm, 40mm, 60mm,etc.
Cross bar sizes: 5x5mm, 6x6mm, 8x8mm, etc.
Cross bar spacing: 50mm, 100mm.
Length of steel grating plate: common length ≥800mm, some platform cover plate length is 3000-10000mm.
Surface treatment: Electro galvanized, hot dip galvanized, spray paint, soak into anti-rust oil.
