UV Lamp Fading Tester ASTM D1148 Yellow Resistance Aging Oven PID Controlling
Use: this yellow resistance aging test chamber is manufactured in accordance with ASTM D1148, the function is to simulate the ultraviolet radiation and heat of sunlight environmental. After the sample is exposed to ultraviolet rays and temperature in the machine, after a period of time, observe the degree of resistance to yellowing of the sample; use the stained gray mark as a reference to determine its yellowing grade. The machine has complete accessories and can also be used as an aging test box or drying oven.

Operation Procedures: 1. Take samples of size no limitation, and sample is placed inside
of the compartment tray. 2. The sample is placed on a compartment tray, distributed in a
ring-like and radiation-like arranged. 3. Adjust the height so that the tray surface and the bulbs
specimen surface distance of about 15cm or other specified
distance. 4. Turn on the main power switch. 5. Set the compartment tray revolutions. 6. Setting the temperature. 7. Turn on the UV lamp switch. 8. Open one exhaust port of machine top, the inlet port of machine
bottom left and the fan air intake of machine right, heat generated
