Monostrand Flat Prestressing Anchorage

Our unbonded systems feature 0.5" and 0.6" diameter strands coated with a layer of specially formulated grease. The outer layer is seamless plastic extruded in one continuous operation to provide protection against corrosion. Each tendon is precisely coiled, cut, labeled, color-coded and delivered to the construction site. A wide variety of anchorage systems (see Product Information tab below) are available to meet design specifications.

Encapsulated unbonded monostrand systems are used in areas that are subject to corrosive conditions. Strands are protected at the anchorages using greased plastic sleeves and grease-filled end caps. Additionally, anchorage components are fully encapsulated in a high density polyethylene plastic covering and an optional encapsulated intermediate coupler anchorage system can be used to protect the strand at construction joints.

It has been widely adopted by modern construction, especially used in pre-tension or post-tension for concrete constructions as building materials.

What is your delivery time?

For sample order: After the receipt of payment, usually it takes about 2-3 days to arrange samples.

For mass production: It takes about 7-15days depend on different kinds of item and order quantity.

How much will the transportation freight be?

The freight is offered depends on the weight & packing size and shipping schedule and different kinds of shipping method, such as shipping by sea, by air and by express. (We will help you choose a more favorable and safer way of transportation.)

How can I get the sample?

If sample without logo,we can offer you free sample,but we need to charge you freight. If sample with logo, please contact with us, we will quote you sample and freight.
