Introduction to the translational conveyor: 

Translational conveyor is a kind of parallel transition conveying equipment used between the two ends of an automated production line or between two conveying lines with deviations in the center line. It is mainly composed of frame components, transfer trolley, conveying guide rail, electrical control and other parts.

Translational conveyor is a horizontal connection parallel transfer mechanism especially for mounting or plug-in assembly line, used for PCB board sub-board transfer and transportation. It can meet the transmission needs of PCB boards with a width of 50-300mm and an appropriate length for mounting or short-insertion components. It is suitable for dislocation translation connection between SMT production line or DIP production line or other logistics system multi-line, and automatically transfer the workpiece (PCB or sheet material) to the production mode of the next specific equipment. It can use 2 to 4 patch lines, only 1 set of reflow soldering, or 2 plug-in lines only need one wave soldering.
