Quality

QC Department mainly on the quality of production and production after the detection and control:

1. Process monitoring: From the earliest production scheduling to reach the workshop, QC personnel have been involved in product quality control, in strict compliance with the quality control process, and with the production manager to actively feedback the quality of the situation; process monitoring is mainly in the production of scheduling orders, the indicators of the timing of testing, including: raw materials, weight, mesh hole, color, width, length, etc.

2. Finished product quality control: In the spirit of responsible for the customer, QC personnel will be the finished product random detection, according to the Production Quality control table to check and fill out the test results.

3. For the quality of customer feedback, quality inspection departments will seriously study the defects in the monitoring of quality control process to redesign, in order to achieve no quality problem feedback.
