IEC60695-11-4 50W Flammability Testing Horizontal and Vertical Flame Tester

1. Introduction

The Horizontal and Vertical Flame Tester is designed according to the requirements of IEC60695-11-4, GB/T 5169.22, IEC60695-11-10, GB/T 5169.16, GB/T2408, Section 30.2 of IEC60335-1, Section 9.3.2 and Section 14.7 of IEC61010-1. It is widely applied in material testing of lamps, household appliances, IT/AV equipment, and electrical accessories. The equipment is used to generate a 50W nominal premixed test flame with a total flame height of approximately 20mm. The equipment is equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen, PLC, Bunsen burner, imported Dwyer back pressure gauge, methane flow meter, pressure gauge, air flow regulating valve, calibration copper block, imported K-type Omega armored thermocouple, and 4-button remote control.
