IEC60695-2-10 Flammability Testing Needle Flame Test Apparatus

1. Introduction

The needle flame test apparatus is designed according to the requirements of IEC 60695-11-5, GB/T5169.5, Section 13.3.1 of IEC60598-1, Appendix G.2.1 and Section S.1 of IEC62368-1, and Section 30.2.4 of IEC60335-1. It is widely used in material testing of electrical and electronic products and equipment components and parts such as lamps, household appliances, IT/AV equipment, and electrical accessories, and is also suitable for the evaluation of solid insulating materials or other combustible materials. The equipment is used to simulate the effect of a small flame caused by a faulty adjustment, and uses simulation technology to assess the fire hazard. The equipment is equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen, PLC, drive motor, flame calibration system, ignition gun, pine board, trickle paper, and a four-button remote control.
