Technical Description:

The single wire and cable vertical burning tester is suitable for measuring the vertical burning non-invasive performance of single plastic wire, control wire, cross-linked, elevator, ship, mining cable and so on. Can also be made of high self-extinguishing low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin insulation material and 105 °C low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant olefin radiation insulating material vertical burning test. The device is a device that can withstand the burning test of a single wire and cable. The device has the advantages of high accuracy, automatic timing, automatic end of test, and easy operation.

Basic specifications:

1, the combustion chamber: the size of the box is 300x wide and 1200 x 450mm deep;

2. Combustion torch: 1KW combustion nozzle (made according to GB/T5169.14-2007/IEC60695-11-2:2003 standard), the height of the blue flame core is 50-60mm, and the total height of the flame is 170-190mm.

3. Gas: Use high-purity 95% technical grade propane gas (or gas instead)

4, sample installation:

A, sample length: 600 ± 25mm;

B, sample holder: the distance between the lower edge of the upper bracket and the upper edge of the lower bracket of the two horizontal brackets is 550mm;

5, for the fire time: 0.1-999.9S continuous setting, in the set time the flame can continuously burn the sample;

6, the torch installation location: the blue flame contact point distance from the lower edge of the upper bracket 475mm, the torch and the specimen's vertical axis into an angle of 45 degrees

8, gas flow range: 100-1000mL/min;
