Air Exchange Rate Test Procedure
Comprehensive testing methodology for determining air exchange performance in aging test chambers:
  • Seal all ventilation holes, doors, thermometer holes, and gaps around the blower using pressure-sensitive tape
  • Connect a standard watt-hour meter to the aging chamber's power system
  • Control working chamber temperature to 80±2℃ above ambient temperature
  • Measure electrical energy consumption after temperature stabilization for 2 hours
  • Remove seals and repeat measurement with air exchange port open
  • Calculate air exchange rate using standardized formula
