Main Purpose
Developed according to national standard GB/T 2812-2006 "Safety helmet test method," this equipment tests helmet impact absorption performance and puncture resistance. Widely used by special labor protection product supervision stations, building research institutes, construction engineering inspection stations, power departments, and helmet manufacturers.

Dedicated instrument for detecting helmet impact absorption properties and puncture resistance performance.
Test Methods
Preconditioning includes tempering treatment, ultraviolet irradiation pretreatment, and water treatment. Impact absorption testing uses a drop hammer height of 1000mm ± 5mm with sequential flooding, heat, cold, and ultraviolet radiation pretreatment. Puncture resistance testing positions the cone axis through the helmet crown's weakest point within a 100mm diameter area at 1000mm ± 5mm height.
