Heavy Impact Battery Testing Machine With Cold Rolled Plate Stoving Varnish

Usage:

Put the battery sample on a plane. Put a stick,which has a diameter of 15.8mm (5/8 inch) ,on the center of the sample. A 9.1kg or 10kg object falls from a certain height (610mm or 1000mm) on the sample.In the impact test ,the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical or square battery must be parallel to the plane and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the steel column. The longest axis of the square cell must be perpendicular to the steel column.The maximum side must be perpendicular to the impact direction.

One sample is tested once only.

The battery pack is placed on the impact table and fixed in the fixture (the largest side of the battery pack should be perpendicular to the table).The object,whose weight is 10kg, will be free fall from the height of 1.0m. The battery pack is allowed to deform, but it should not explode or inflame.

Principle:

The heavy impact testing machine is designed according to UL1642 and UL2054.A 9.1kg or 10kg object falls from a certain height (610mm or 1000mm) on the sample.The object connects to a wire,free fall from a tube to the sample.
