Working principle:

Applicable standards:

The metal wire twisting tester is applicable to the People's Republic of China Standard GB/T 239.1-2012 "One-way torsion test method for the first part of metal material wire", also applicable to the international standard ISO 7800:2003 "One-way torsion test method for metal wire rod" and ISO 9649:1990 "Two-way twisting test method for metal wires".

Main purpose:

The metal wire twisting tester is suitable for measuring the ability of a metal wire with a diameter (or feature size) of 0.1-10.0 mm to withstand plastic deformation in a one-way or two-way twisting and to display defects on the surface and interior of a wire material (actually with a 0.06-3 mm test fixture. ).

Specimen:
