120mm Rubber Lab Two Roll Mixing Mill With Electrical Heating This precision-engineered two roll mixing mill delivers exceptional
performance for masticating and kneading natural rubber, synthetic
rubber, EVA, or PVC pellets with various chemical materials.
Designed primarily for plasticizing, hot milling, and mixing of
natural and synthetic rubber in rubber product manufacturing
facilities. Applications This rubber plastic open two roll mixing mill is extensively
utilized in the rubber and plastics industry for polymer mixing
applications including PVC, color master batch production, and
carbon powder processing. The system comprises rolls, bearings, gap
adjusting mechanisms, electric control systems, and comprehensive
safety features. Key Features
Intelligent Control System Advanced PLC control system with real-time data recording and
export capabilities for kneading time, temperature (mixing chamber
and rotors), ram pressure, current, torque, and recipe codes. The
system supports up to 20 mixing steps and 20 recipe storage spaces,
with remote process recipe import and data monitoring via Ethernet
