System Overview
This single-chip controlled system integrates multiple components including the host unit, temperature measurement, temperature control, data acquisition and processing, sensors, and electrical interlocking systems. The measurement and temperature control circuit consists of a temperature controller, platinum resistor, and heater, automatically tracking changes in power grid and ambient temperature while correcting PID parameters for rapid and precise temperature control.
The data acquisition system and electromechanical chain automatically detect torque signals during the rubber vulcanization process, displaying temperature and set values in real-time. Upon vulcanization completion, the system automatically processes data, calculates results, and prints vulcanization curves with process parameters including vulcanization time and sulfurizing power torch.

This equipment complies with GB/T16584 "rubber - no rotor rheometer to measure the characteristics of vulcanized", ISO6502:1991, and ASTMD5289-95 international standards.
