Zhongli warrants all products manufactured by Zhongli to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months or 36 months after the date of original purchase. If repair or replacement is not possible or practical, Zhongli warranty covers ONLY the product itself. Zhongli assumes no liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses. Warranty rights are honored only when the product has been installed and used properly as deemed by Zhongli.

All order shipments leave our factory complete and in working order. Customers must report any damage within 7 days of receipt by sending digital photographs (.JPG) of damaged items. Customers must retain damaged merchandise, package, and shipping containers until the claim is settled. Damage in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier, and claims beyond this 7-day period will not be deemed valid by ZhongLi.

Zhongli accepts returns for a refund within 30 days of shipment. Returns must be first acknowledged by ZhongLi PRIOR to return. Contact the related salesperson in charge. All packages sent to Zhongli MUST have the initial sales invoice number clearly printed on the outside. Returns must be in original packaging with sufficient packing material. Modified or installed items will not be accepted for return.
