The Laboratory Computer Servo Rubber Rotorless Moving Die Rheometer is designed for comprehensive rubber testing and analysis, meeting international standards including GB/T16584 and ISO6502.

Applications

This advanced rheometer tests unvulcanized rubber characteristics and determines optimal vulcanization times. It utilizes imported intelligent digital temperature controllers for easy adjustment, wide temperature range, high accuracy, and excellent stability and reproducibility. Computer-controlled operation enables data storage, printing, and software-based curve comparison and amplification.

Main Functions

The non-curing equipment features integrated rotor control comprising host, temperature measurement, temperature control, data acquisition, sensors, and electrical components. The temperature control system automatically tracks power and ambient temperature changes, correcting PID parameters for fast, precise temperature control.

The data acquisition system automatically detects force signals during rubber vulcanization, displays temperature and settings in real-time, and processes results post-curing with automatic calculation and printing of vulcanization curves and process parameters.
