Working principle:

• Set the control pressure and range of the main pressure meter so that the pressure source will provide the pressure of 2 ~ 3MPa higher than the maximum pressure of the branch and store it in the accumulator.
• Calculate the test pressure according to the ring stress of the sample, and set the control pressure and range of the branch pressure meter accordingly. After the operation, the single-chip microcomputer controls the solenoid valve to be fully on, so that the pressure of the sample rises rapidly. Pressure reaches the set pressure into the pressure phase.
• Fill phase solenoid valve intermittent continuity based on single-chip data, the pressure source to accumulator pressure added to the sample.
• When the pressure of the pressure source drops to the lower limit of the set pressure, the column pump will stop when it starts to work up to the upper limit.
• The machine also has the functions of running, stopping, completing the test, breaking identification and the like, and enabling the operator to leave the experimental site during the experiment. When the sample appears leakage, rupture automatically shut down the road, the other tests continue normal until the test is completed.
