This pneumatic specimen cutting machine uses compressed air as the power source and operates immediately upon connection to an air pressure supply. Designed for cutting rubber, adhesive tape, leather, and other materials, it is ideal for creating dumbbell specimens and processing specialized materials including laminate boards and various composite materials. The machine offers easy and safe operation.

ZhongLi warrants all products manufactured by our company to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months or 36 months from the date of original purchase. If repair or replacement is not possible or practical, ZhongLi warranty covers ONLY the product itself. We assume no liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses. Your warranty rights will be honored only when the product has been installed and used properly as deemed by ZhongLi. We will not repair products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.

All order shipments leave our factory complete and in working order. Customers must report any damage within 7 days of receipt by sending digital photographs (.JPG) of damaged items. Customers must retain damaged merchandise, packaging, and shipping containers until the claim has been settled. Damage in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier, and any claim beyond this 7-day period will not be deemed valid by ZhongLi.

ZhongLi will accept returns for a refund within 30 days of your order shipment. Please note the following exceptions: Returns must be first acknowledged by ZhongLi PRIOR to return. Please contact the related salesperson in charge. All packages sent to ZhongLi MUST have the initial sales invoice number issued and printed clearly on the outside of the package. Failure to do so will result in the item being immediately restocked with no credit or refund issued. All returns must be made in their original packaging with sufficient packing material. Modified or installed items will not be accepted for return.
