Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons packing   as per customer's requirements. If you have legally registered patent,we can pack the goods in your brand  boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 40% as deposit, and 60% before delivery.We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. Or we could do L/C as you want.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: 1.By Express: such as DHL,UPS,TNT,FedEx, Aramex etc.The dispatch time is about 4-7 days

2.Air Freight: when your order more than 100kgs which will be more economical than express

3.Sea Freight: We will updated sea freight once we know your sea port where goods will be delivered

4. Agent designated by client: please tell us the contact detail of your shipping agent and we will arrange to deliver the item

Q4. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally,it will take 3 weeks after receiving your advance payment.The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. What is your sample policy?
A: Sample is available ,but sample should be paied in advance. The cost of sample will be refund after further order.

Q6. What kind of material we use?

A: Fire-resistance plastic, red copper, 85% silver contact.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery? Any quality guarantee or after-sales service?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. If any quality complaint , we will give out solution methods within 2 days.
