It helps endoscopy or other instruments to enter the urinary tract and provides a channel of continuous operation.And it can reduce the possibility of trauma, and prevent the precision equipment and the soft endoscope from damage.

Clinical application:

It is used to expand and establish channels for instrumentation when patients with renal calculi or hydronephrosis are treated with percutaneous nephrostomy dilation and endoscopic surgery.

In clinic, the expansion tube with sheath tube is implanted into the human body under the guidance of guide wire, and the expansion tube is removed, and the sheath tube is placed in the body for surgical instruments or drainage catheter placement.
