Description:
The 20Khz high-frequency ultrasonic welding stress relief gun, also
known as the ultrasonic aging impact gun, is an industrial
specialized handheld metal strengthening stress relief equipment.
Its core is used to eliminate residual tensile stress and improve
fatigue life in welds and metal components.
Principle:
1. The power output is 20kHz high-frequency AC power, which is sent
to the piezoelectric transducer to convert electrical energy into
micrometer level longitudinal mechanical vibration;
2. Amplify the amplitude of the amplitude rod to 40-100 μ m and
drive the front tungsten steel impact needle;
3. The impact needle repeatedly impacts the metal surface at a high
frequency of 20000 times per second;
4. Compressive plastic deformation occurs on the metal surface: the
residual tensile stress from welding is converted into beneficial
compressive stress, while refining the surface grain and smoothing
the transition arc of the weld toe.
